View as Webpage November 4, 2025 Reno Connect | Parking Ticket Payments Transition Parking Ticket Payments Transition to RPD All City of Reno parking ticket payments will be handled by the Reno Police Department (RPD) beginning Monday, November 3, 2025. Payments can now be made in-person at the Reno Public Safety Center located at 911 Kuenzli Street, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Convenient Ways to Pay Online: Parking.Reno.Gov By Mail: P.O. Box 1900, Reno, NV 89505 By Drop Box: 2nd floor of the City Hall parking garage (south entrance) and First St., between Virginia St. & University Way (near the stairs) By Phone: (775) 334-2293, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. closed for lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Visa/MasterCard accepted) This transition is part of a larger effort to modernize and streamline Reno’s parking program. The Parking Enforcement Division officially became part of the Reno Police Department in July 2025, helping improve coordination and provide a more consistent experience for the public. Per Reno Municipal Code, recipients must submit a request for appeal within 15 days from the date of infraction. All infractions shall be increased in the sum of $20.00 if not paid within 15 calendar days and an additional $20.00 if not paid within 30 calendar days. Please note that paying a fine forecloses the opportunity to appeal.
