Connecting Citizens to our Community   Celebrate America's 250th Anniversary at Reno's 4th on Fourth Parade! In 2026, America celebrates 250 years of independence, and the City of Reno invites the community to be part of this historic milestone at the 4th on Fourth Parade. This special downtown celebration will feature marching bands, military and veterans tributes, classic cars, community floats, cultural performances, and family-friendly entertainment. Join the Parade: Registration is now open for walking groups, vehicles and floats, community organizations, businesses, and other groups looking to be part of this historic celebration. The participant please complete the 2026 participant sign up form, there is an entry fee of $25 with free participation available for schools and nonprofit youth organizations. Exciting Participants Include: Reno Fire Department, Reno City Council, Reno Aces, Honor Flight Nevada, Reno Mustang Car Club, National Automobile Museum, Miss Reno and Miss Reno's Teen, Civil Air Patrol, US Coast Guard Veterans Group, Scouting America, Hot August Nights, and many more.
